Point 3. The apprenticeship shall be made mandator of the part of the employer to impart it to the person seeking apprenticeship training.
An Act may be modified to mandate the employer to separate 2.5% of the total amount of salary distributed / paid directly or indirectly by the employer, for the purpose of imparting training to the apprentices. If employer fails to impart training to the apprenticeship seekers, then the same amount may be required to be deposited to Government. This amount may then be utilised by the government to fails to impart training to the apprenticeship seekers, through MSMEs.

Point 1. Requested to please remove the lots of confusion about who is implementing agencies and fighting among the implementing agencies due to which there is a mental harassment among employers and students.
a) Presently The Apprenticeship is being implemented by two Ministries i) Ministry of Education and ii) Ministry of Skill Development
Request the merge the Scheme of Apprenticeship in either of the above two Ministries. For doing ease of business
b) Presently Four Agencies are monitoring the Apprenticeship Scheme i) RDSDE(MSDE) ii) NSDC(MSDE) iii) State Apprenticeship Department (SAA)(MSDE) and iv) BOAT(MOE)
Request to please merge all the agencies to one agency or if not possible to two agencies i.e. RDSDE and SAA. For ease of doing business This will remove the confusion among all the employers and students and will also help in easier hassle-free implementation of the scheme. will also remove the duplicity of taking advantage of the scheme.

Apprenticeships are half-heartedly offered by corporates. All companies should give due value to the Apprentice Certificate.I am working in a pvt textile company.ITI, Apprentices are initially admitted in technical category. Then they changed him to an ordinary employee without giving any information that he was not eligible to be in the technical department of the plant. This is my personal problem.
But this is tantamount to dishonoring the certificate issued by Skill India Mission.Skill India also aims to... Apprentice training certificate should be issued with value for eligible employment in all establishments.Govt financial support for apprenticeship training should not be regarded as the completion of the duty. Employers should give due respect to the certificate obtained through training.Even pvt companies value certification.
Govt should select interested & qualified companies to provide training.Apprentice qualifications should be explored as valuable in employment market

In Tamil Nadu or any state in the political meetings that I have seen !! Political parties used to give money from village side.. take people in bus, vans, cars to a remote place and keep the meeting.. all they want is crowd to show power and claps when they speak with punch dialogue. This has to change… entire nations educated youth and employed youth should attend the meeting and they should voice out…. They should ask questions. When they are involved I believe that political parties will get lot more educated people recruited with vision who can change India into a better nation faster than ever. Family politics will end. If possible please try to bring only two political party like in western countries… people should join either one and they must compete with their campaign…

1. To standardize and implement initiatives in all states in a processed manner:- example… when u r building a world class hospital in a underdeveloped state expecting that it would help the state to develop … u r wrong .. the money invested would go in vain because u might not get the proper good human resource to run our hospital with quality…. So good quality education is the base .. every state which is underdeveloped should get the highest quality of education first before getting all the other high class resources. So every state who are at the lowest level would take 18 years to show an improvement in class of higher standard of living after providing good free education to the new born kids………………………………………………………… 2. states with higher literacy level needs even better form of education… link the gap of 50years between us and the world. Bring the world to the younger generation. People who are indecent will turn decent and know how to handle govt properties
