Being a Central Government CHS Specialist Doctor, I sincerely feel we should have a Central Government Hospital in the capital of each State / UT which can cater to all central government employees of that state. If feasible, they can start a Medical college Hospital one in each capital thereby preventing central government employees to go to private hospitals where they may get inferior care since Hospital receives only CGHS rates - a win win situation for Central Government and its employees

Sir,all bright students aspire to migrate to better green pastures after succeeding a good career. same way all doctors migrate to cities and practice there. my suggestions are:1-bright students fm panchayats who will give permanent undertaking to in the panchayat should be made to study MBBS and posted there.2-same way pharmacists and nurses also.3-so that local, vocal & practical would be possible.unless empty vessel sounds much adage will be back soon.village lads r to be doctors there.

Sir,in my village a PHC is there since 1982.During 80&90 a doctor, a pharmacist, a nurse & two peons r there residing in qtrs.now two doctors r there but non stay there and hardly they come for duty in a week, so others take casual approach. doctors r termed 2nd god and service to mankind is service to God has become obsolete.me first approach have destroyed all compassion in human.the goodies 80&90 have gone to oblivion.sometime made us to feel if we r doing Vikas or Vinash. better do good now.

a consumer cannot buy one whole strip of tablet for just 2 dosages . in the cut strip there is no enough information regarding tablet components and brand. there are lot of chances for mishappenings like expiry date is over and the consumer is not aware of it or consuming the wrong tablet if its a senior citizen. i suggest the pharma company just print name and a qr code( which will show all relevant information when scanned) behind each tablet covering so it is easy to recognise even when cut.

Health is Wealth. Health sector should be given more budget and its implementation should be done properly without any leakages or loopholes. When citizens are fit and fine the country can progress economically with drastic speed.

India must attain population-stabilization by 2035. Budget allocations and schemes in the Health sector should be targeted in harmony with the demographic pattern relevant for progress towards the aforesaid goal.
