dams reservoirs are not desilted; slightest rain fills and overflows; then flood relief fund sought; dams dry up soon; then drought relief fund is sought; whether sunny or rainy, state govts draw huge flood/ drought relief fund and siphon from system; this is to to be curbed;whether the quantum of rain or water released from reservoir are more than the stated capacities of the dams- needs to be checked;govt shd construct more dams; only historical dams exist.water conservation shd be promoted;

माननीय मोदी जी आप हमारे देश का विकास है । मेरा ये सवाल है कि क्या ये मुमकिन है कि नौकरियो में preference जिन परिवारो में 1 नौकरी तक नहीं है जिनको मिले। One family one job. हर परिवार में कम से कम 1 नौकरी तो हो। This is not impossible for you. Thanks Sir

Glitches maligning banking sector is the top management quality; Most incapable people occupy such vital positions and the systems suffer; npa rises; fraud goes unabated; banks suffer losses and face PCA; but such top management are rewarded with more promotions and incentives; so they turn more insensitive to the banks problems; they rather add to the owes more to the bank rather than efficiently managing by their abled mismanagement; remedy is appointing highly qualified engineers/MBAs top
