after RERA also there are some builder without any permission from govt. authorities has taken money from investor have not registered their projects in RERA and they are so powerful that they are now denying to repay their money to investors now in this situation what normal public or middle class person who is doing job will do. plz help us in this matter

Mann ki baat is really a feeling from thethe heart of our Prime minister. There is no doubt that this is best and unique way to get in touch with our citizen of country and to convey his message. It is good but require more improvement. There are many sector which are really require our prime minister intervence. Generally like unemployment and pension for educated gradutes and unemployed is quite important irrespective of their caste.

पूर्वजों की हर वो संपत्ति जो सिर्फ बेटो के नाम पर है उस संपत्ति में बेटियों को भी बराबर का अधिकार देने का कानून बनाना चाहिए।

For income tax payers those who pay more than 2 lakhs at least preferences must be given in Railways and road transport

In order to maintain peoples faith its unheard that psu and central government employees should be getting the retirement age from 60 to 62 as state governments have already taken the step.

we happen to see Disaster at various places, to overcome every one of us must contribute at least ten rupees to the disaster fund so that 20crore people's x 10 = 200crores per month for a year it is 2400 crores and in 10years it will be 24000 crores. at each Disaster the amount required will be around 1000 to 2000crores in that case every year we had the surplus of Rs 400 crores, for every 10years 4000 crores is ready to spare
