Dear Sir, I think about the behavior of some of the Indian peoples is very casual about every thing, even if it is bout driving, there work, towards family or toward nation. They dont wanted to take any responsibility of anything, just think about there own entertainment. While driving they do not care about others, while working they do not think about others, You can explain them in the way peoples work in Japan , Germany, or any other country, example of private companies workers

Dear sir, most infra projects in our country are planned and execute with the view to only uae them for the purpose they are ser up for. For example, a metro bridge is erected to lay tracks for a metro only, however, there are immense possibilities if we beva little innivative un how else it can be used. We can have local painters paint the pillars in intetesting colors and patterns to give a unique character to these pillars providing employment to some and also attaracting tourists

Dear Sir, To curtail rapidly shrinking forest cover, we should have trees planted along railway tracks and spaces between platforms. This will also help keep our railway stations clean and green and provide better experience to travellers. Money crops and flowers can be an added revenue stream for railways. In fact, all gov organizations sitting on unused land can adopt the same idea. Local population can be employed to plant, maintain and later harvest the produce from these trees.
