Dear Prime Minister
Let me begin by conveying my heart felt regards and wishing your team well.
The idea of 'New India' along with encouragement to Tourism Industry as well as Regional Connectivity by Air has got me to make the following suggestion.
Training the pilots in a professional manner needs a great deal of improvement. DGCA in its present system of functioning, following outdated pattern is likely to be a big hindrance. Brilliant progressive young aircrew, IAF Navigator, may help.

Sir,
I would like you to discuss the steps taken to remove corruption at the lower levels where the common man faces problems day to day. Like corruption at government offices, Police etc.

Constitution of India should be mandatorily taught between classes 5-10 in all schools of India. This will provide an idea of our Constitution to all the future citizens and they will be well informed about our laws. It will help in making our future citizens well informed about our laws and will help in creating more law abiding citizens. This might also act as a deterrent for breaking laws and can help in reducing crimes.Citizens will be well informed and will appreciate laws better.

There should be a uniform syllabus across India in schools and colleges, the state governments can use their vernacular language. Same syllabus will be helpful for the students in case they have to move across different states of India. People have transferrable jobs and their kids have to suffer as different states have different syllabus. It should be one country, one syllabus across all educational institutional.

People to deliver or show case what is good about India not just show case issues exists in India. I am hearing examples such as India's sanitation issues, education degrees can be bought by money, poor country etc. Perception of India needs to be advanced.

Fine system to be strict and corruption free. Eg: Traffic fine systems. If someone does wrong he should be fined and enhance education about traffic rules before issuing licenses. No corruptions on this area. or agent free system. More of practical education not just marks. Competition is healthy but it is more driven by marks system. Where as in Western countries more of day to day living and delivering practical education.

India is a country with 130 crore people facing severe water shortage during half of the year. However, large portion of water stored in a Dams or flowing through canal faces risk of theft. It happens due to infamous nexus of bureaucrats, politicians and water mafias. I request you to highlight the issue.
