Dear sir, Many countries providing electricity to there subscriber as prepaid mode. There is coupon available as mobile recharge. No any specified meter required in this system. Only Required an specified device for checking own reading/Balance/Coupon feeding. Whoever required of electricity, they must buy electricity recharge coupon get automatic electricity. They can buy from as mobile/tv recharge seller. When Recharge value will consumed, electricity automatically stop.

आदरणीय प्रधानमंत्री जी चरणस्पर्श🙏 मैं अभी जबलपुर, सैनिक सोसाइटी, शक्तिनगरमें रहकर पीएसई जॉब की तैयारी कर रहा हूँ। मेरे कॉलोनी में एक सफाईकर्मी बन्धु है,जिनका शुभ नाम रवि है। जिनकी लगन और मेहनत को देखकर मैं काफी आश्चर्यचकित रहता हूँ। वो काफी लगन और मेहनत से अपने सफाई के प्रति काम को जिम्मेदारी से निभाते है। उन्हें मैं जब भी देखता हूँ तो गर्व से खुश होता हूँ कि ऐसे इंसान ही है जो देश के मुहिम में योगदान के लिए स्वक्षता के प्रति समर्पित है। मैं चाह कर भी उनकी मेहनत को नही बयान नही कर सकता।

Train accidents like in UP recently can be averted by simple low cost system. When an engineer / incharge goes for a repair, then he is suppose to open an app from his mobile. Then that app will link with the main rail server, where Rail engine drivers app will also be linked. By this train driver will be notified when any work is going on in next 5 kms. The above is low cost solution. If govt can invest, then the engine should communicate with server and slow down / apply breaks automatically.

Meri mann khwte hai Ki "ek leader ko janta ka pass Jana chahiye, janta keun leader ko dunte dunte marenge?". Aap desh k liye itna kuch kar raha hai, phir v vrashtachar charo taraf fela huya hai. Gass, petroleum, electricity, Reshion, marketing,railway, sab kuch main vrashtachar hai, Mai bolonga tu Keya hoga " Mai na tu koi neta Hu, aur na tu koi chairman". Baghban dikhta nehi hai, phir v aasha hai

For flood affected areas, govt can educate people to go for bamboo / wooden houses. Infact, villagers can make in such a way that it can be used as floating hotels during floods (static water / stagnant water) with not much cost. Abroad people pay huge sum to stay in such place. if this happens in India after huge promotion, then Villagers will earn money during floods too.
