Dear Sir, Water water everywhere but not single drop to drink. This is the story of water management in India despite building so many dams. Cauvery, Ganga, Yamuna and many other rivers drying up. Only solution is traditional decentralized water management. We need to build in war footing many natural and artificial lakes/barrages/ponds/tanks in each village and in upstream, glaciers, forests. So that water feeds river & wells 365 days. Wherever possible dams should be discarded.

With all due respect, I'd suggest Mr. Prime Minister talk upon the business that many illiterate(and literate) people are doing. They tie cows ranging from 2 to 30 and feed them grass whenever a worshipper(customer) of those cows comes there and pays him the money to feed those cows on his behalf. These people call it "Dharam". What I understand that this is not a way to worship those cows. It's just a nasty business and exploitation of the cows. Cows must be taken care only at the Gaushalas.

Dear Sir, Quality Education for our kids is one of the most important for the development of the country. To track performance of all the schools in India we should have national registry of schools with details of how many kids are in each grade/number of students/ school has drinking water etc. Thanks

Green Schools Programme (GSP) strives to enhance the values of the Swachha Bharat Mission in schools all across the country through its GSP audit. Schools undertake the annual environmental audit and assess the resource efficiency in schools with respect to six sections – Air, Energy, Food, Land, Water and Waste. We request you, through ‘Mann Ki Baat’, to encourage all schools in India to take up the Green Schools Programme and assess if they are truly a Swachh Vidyalaya. #AIR
