Bamboo has been the lifeline of rural India since time immemorial. With the passage of time and development of technologies leading to new usage, the 'green gold' has turned into a potential game changer for rural economy - for the farmer and industry equally.

With this background and number of progressive measures including the amendment of the Indian Forest Act to remove bamboo outside forests from the definition of 'trees', the restructured National Bamboo Mission (NBM) was launched in 2018-19 for the development of complete value chain of bamboo sector linking growers (farmers) with industry starting from raising quality planting material, plantation, creation of facilities for collection, aggregation, processing, micro, small & medium enterprises, skill development and brand building initiative in a cluster approach mode.

‘National Bamboo Mission’ invites farmers, entrepreneurs, researchers, bamboo-based industry to send in their experiences, innovations, and good practices adopted for increased productivity, strengthen supply of raw material to industry, products in sync with contemporary markets, REPLACE SINGLE USE PLASTICS, new age construction, and other sunrise uses.

Bamboo is like kalpavrisha with a lot of great benefits at every stage of its utilisation. From house building to transportation on rivers and as bridges. Ask for any source it has its presence for religious, food and other sources as containers and support systems. Even the eternal lord Krishna had the magic flute made of bamboo and immortalised it for eternity.

माननीय प्रधानमंत्री, आज राष्ट्रीय मतदार दिवस है.. जिस तरह से आप अपने पैसे एटीएम द्वारा कहीसेभी निकाल सकते है, ठिक उसी तरहसे अपना मतदान भारतमें कहीसे भी शक्य होना चाहिए. आज के तांत्रिक युगमें कुछ भी मुमकिन हो सकता है, सिर्फ इच्छाशक्ती की जरूरत होती है, जो आपकी हर कार्यशैली से प्रतिबिंबित होती है.

बहेलिया बांस के टुकड़ों को जोड़ कर लंबा किया जा सकने बाला लग्गी की सहायता से गिलहरियों सबसे उपरी लग्गी के नुकिले भाले सकता बिंध कर मारता था। कुचकुचिया चिड़िया झुंड में आकर बगीचे में पत्तियों में से खोज कर कीडों का अपना आहार बनाता। पर इसी क्रम में बहेलिया द्वारा पत्तियों के बीच हुरहुर्रा से बंधे और लस्से से चुपड़े हुए बांस की फांस में कुचकुचिया स्वयम् बहेलिया का आहार बनता। जितना फांस से छुटने को फड़फड़ाता उतना और भी फंसता जाता। यह मेरा बचपन का स्वयम् का देखा अप्रिय यादें हैं।भारी मन से साझा है।

Bamboo mean green tree. Its is very useful to every one in everywhere especially in forest. To me a Bamboo plant is a Cup, bedsit, plate, cleaner brush, wall, and Human Shelter etc. Because through bamboo plant in rural areas the village make every useful requirement in their daily need. People also make Beautiful house with bamboo. so we all must plant Bamboo plant in our free space land to get oxygen and Good air. thank you. HAPPY REPUBLIC DAY 2021

बांस के प्रयोग से जंगलों और पेड़ों को बचाने में मदद मिलेगी। इससे जंगली जानवरो की लुप्त होती प्रजातियों को घने वन में पनपने का मौका मिलेगा। बांस का पौधा चूंकि जल्दी बढ़ जाता है, अन्य लकड़ियों की आवश्यकता को कम कर सकता है। इससे green cover बढ़ाने में मदद मिलेगी

बाँस की 100 से भी ज्यादा प्रजातियाँ हैं। सबकी अपनी विशेषताएं हैं, जैसे किसी से फर्नीचर आदि बनता है तो किसी का उपयोग भवन निर्माण में होता है। इसलिए खेती करने से पहले आप तय कर लें कि आप किस उद्यम में आगे बढ़ना चाहते हैं और उसी हिसाब से बाँस की प्रजाति का चयन करें। किसान अपनी दूसरी फसलों के साथ भी बाँस की मिश्रित खेती कर सकते हैं या फिर आप अपने खेत के चारों ओर मेढ़ों पर इसे लगा सकते हैं। एक बाँस का पेड़ आपको 30-40 वर्षों तक बाँस की उपज देगा।

Because of this, planting bamboo is a great way to reduce your carbon footprint and help fight global warming.

I really appreciate this change. it has reformed our culture and it is eco friendly an non hazardious to us. We can also make saitizers from bamboo which are healthy for our skin and also not like the chemical sanitizers which are making our hands dry and they also have a lot of bad effects to our skin. i think that bamboo value chain can become a natural all purpose substance
