कोर्ट कचहरी का रुख करना, आज भी समाज में, अच्छा नहीं समझा जाता। सोशल मीडिया में इन recordings का दुरुपयोग किया जा सकता है।
न्यायपालिका में super computer,EEG का उपयोग करते हुए, साथ ही न्यायालय परिसर में खुफिया कैमरों, voice recorder से न्याय में मदद मिलेगी

समाज,आज भी, अदालत में जाने वाले ( Dispute) को , अच्छी नजर से नहीं देखता।
श्री नवीन द्वारा की गई टिप्पणी से मैं पूरी तरह सहमत हूं।
सोशल मीडिया पर इन recordings को डालकर, लोगों को बदनाम/ब्लेकमैल किया जाएगा।
super computer, EEG, e aadharआदि वैज्ञानिक उपकरणों के इस्तेमाल पर अधिक जोर दिया जाना चाहिए।
बल्की प्रोसीडिंग्स को एक विशेष format में डालकर super computer feed के लायक बनाया जाना चाहिए। इस तरह,केस की मिसाल पेश करने में मदद मिलेगी।

अंग्रजो के जमाने की सारे कानून जो आज किसी काम के नही है उन्हें रद्द करना चाहिए। और जजों की भी जवाबदेही तय होनी चाहिए जैसे आने कार्य काल मे या एक महीने,साल में कुल कितने केस की फाइनल जजमेंट किये। उनको भी टारगेट मिलना चाहिए। और जितने भी पब्लिक सर्वेंट है सबको एक टारगेट मिलना चाहिए और उनका भी तय समय मे रिव्यू होना चाहिए। ऐसे कानून की अत्यंत आवश्यकता है।

It is surprising that judges differ on judgement in a bench.
Why shall they when law is clear, offence is clear, evidences are accepted, witnesses are examined and cross examined.
Is there no system that they discuss about the case internally to sort out differences as it happens in the board room of corporates.
Differing on judgement creates confusion in the minds of public.
