Live streaming of court proceedings is good, though costly, for people to learn its nuances. I suggest to fix time limit for disposal of a case at all legal level, not more than 6 months for final conclusion. Repeated adjournments defeats the legal purpose.

Respected Sir,
Live streaming and recording of court proceedings is a very much useful and innovative idea which should be highly appreciated and it should be given more weightage. It will provide the transparency of Indian judicial system to the common man and he will be hopeful of getting justice in time without any partiality. It is the prime duty of the court.Watching court proceedings in live telecast somebody can give more clues to the court for better judgement.

Proceedings of small and common mistakes by people like traffic rule violation, building bylaws violation etc. should be made public and live and even promoted on social networking platforms with some moral lessons in healthy way to create awareness and responsibilities towards society and environment. This may help in decreasing number of cases in future.
