The e-Committee, Supreme Court of India envisages a judicial system that is more accessible, efficient, and equitable for every individual who engages with the justice delivery system. The right of access to justice, guaranteed under Article 21 of the Constitution encompasses the right to access live court proceedings.

To imbue greater transparency, inclusivity and foster access to justice, the e-Committee has undertaken the project of live streaming of court proceedings on priority. This will enable access to live court proceedings, including on matters of public interest to citizens, journalists, civil society, academicians, and law students on a real-time basis, which was not otherwise possible owing to geographical, logistical, or infrastructural issues.

The e-Committee, Supreme Court of India invites inputs, feedback, and suggestions on the Draft Model Rules for Live-Streaming and Recording of Court Proceedings.

कोरोनावायरस के चलते माननीय हाईकोर्ट में जमानत आवेदन के संबंध में जिला न्यायालय स्तर में कार्य कर रहे अधिवक्ताओं को भी उच्च न्यायालय में बहस करने के लिंक भेजे गए थे यह बहुत उत्साहवर्धक था यदि नियम बनाते समय देश की वरिष्ठ न्यायालय क्षेत्रीय भाषाओं या हिंदी भाषा में कार्रवाई हेतु सक्षम बनाती हैं तब जिला स्तर के किसी भी अधिवक्ता द्वारा उसमें पैरवी करने पर लंबित प्रकरणों में और उनके निराकरण में बहुत अच्छे सकारात्मक परिणाम आएंगे हर राज्य के क्षेत्रीय कानून, भाषा अलग है तब कानून भी अलग होना चाहिए

Telecast of Proceedings: All proceedings in high courts can be telecast except for cases relating to matrimonial disputes, gender-based violence, those involving minors which in the opinion of the Bench, may provoke enmity amongst communities likely to result in a breach of law and order. The final decision as to whether or not to allow the Live-streaming of the Proceedings or any portion thereof will be of the Bench, however, the decision of the Bench will be guided by the principle.

Live- streaming of Court proceedings is a great move. It is of great value not only to budding Advocates , but also to the young and yearning law students. Its immense vale to clients needs no emphasis. Also, it gives a great opportunity to learn from the legal luminaries about the Court presence of mind, Court etiquettes and more importantly the case presentation mechanism. yes ,now days we are entering a advanced technology life , so courts proceedings are live ,it will helps to solving the cases fastly solve . it helps to conducting a new message to all citizens ,when a case proceedings will be recording there is no longer takes time .it will helps do better and better law suitable to everything all are equal to the law .I refer to do the act to create a new history in law .

supreme court must come forwards to improve the image (Not by wrong judgement who question on subsystem), serving lords are also human , list bothered 70 ys bad association they become part , there may be few lords who honor and visualize every word its impact, lords forgotten importance to be in that post & truth, lords forgotten without India they are no where,should stop anti India support , COURT can replace all suspicious cell

एक देश एक चुनाव ,लोकतंत्र सेदेश को लाभ से ज्यादा नुकसान होराहा हे ,प्रचार में धन खर्च होता है ,धन अर्जन के लिए भ्रष्टाचार होता हे,जितने कम चुनाव होगे उतना कम भ्रष्टाचार होगा,2022,के चुनावो को रोक कर ,लोकसभा के चुनाव ,एक वर्ष पहले कर पूरे देश में एक साथ चुनाव कर ,देश में बड़ी हो रही गरीबी की संख्या को कम करे,लोकसभा,विधान सभा,पंचायत,ngrnigm,सभी चुनाव एक साथ करे, आरक्षण जिन जातियों को दिया जा रहा हे उन्ही जातियों के बीपीएल ध्रको को दिया जाए,जिससे एक बार लाभ लेने के बाद वह बीपीएल से उपर हो जाएगा
