Social issues will generate more interest, because its easily adaptable by people.

Its there duty to ask judge to turn on which mike. Only judge should had the power to hand over mike, rest public will only be listening. As a good citizen of country we should share our feedback and suggestions on the Draft model rules and make a difference for live steaming and recording of court proceedings. it is good initiative and for betterment of people of country. Lot of time and effort wasted while going to court. Live steaming and recording is best way to court hearings and all cases should be made time bound and maximum limits for any court cases should be six months. Time bound cases is our present requirement......

the right of access to justice, guaranteed under Article 21 of the Constitution encompasses the right to access live court proceedings. To imbue greater transparency, inclusivity and foster access to justice, the e-Committee has undertaken the project of live streaming of court proceedings on priority. This will enable access to live court proceedings, including on matters of public interest to citizens, journalists, civil society, academicians and law students on a real time basis.

In our country LAW is the one which is respectful and to the equality of all caste, creed ,religion and sex. This is true that this will be the best procedure to follow the Draft Model Rules for Live-Streaming and Recording of Court Proceedings. If this project works than I think the Law of the constitution will be the best to short out the judgment of the crimes in a very short period of time & the person can be visible from there places, and more over every recordings will make the case easy
