The e-Committee, Supreme Court of India envisages a judicial system that is more accessible, efficient, and equitable for every individual who engages with the justice delivery system. The right of access to justice, guaranteed under Article 21 of the Constitution encompasses the right to access live court proceedings.

To imbue greater transparency, inclusivity and foster access to justice, the e-Committee has undertaken the project of live streaming of court proceedings on priority. This will enable access to live court proceedings, including on matters of public interest to citizens, journalists, civil society, academicians, and law students on a real-time basis, which was not otherwise possible owing to geographical, logistical, or infrastructural issues.

The e-Committee, Supreme Court of India invites inputs, feedback, and suggestions on the Draft Model Rules for Live-Streaming and Recording of Court Proceedings.

1. Every Rural and urban areas Mobile court is conduct Every week and every month strictly. 2. strictly implement law rules and regulations 3. To give a LAW award or star rating to Rural and urban areas no law cases is occered.

Dear Sir still rural areas ,mandals district courts does not have proper infrastructure, facilities at courts . high speed internet connection ,no power problem ,good computer hardware software , cameras good quality, technical operating people needed.so make this arrangement s before starting

idea बहुत अच्छा है। ऐसा होना चाहिए । जिससे लोगों मे कानून की जानकारी पहुचे। कई लोग कानून की जानकारी के अभाव मे मुकदमा ही दायर नही करवा पाते। और साथ ही देश की कानून व्यवस्था मे बदलाव होना चाहिए। कब तक ये घिसा पिटा कानून चलते रहेंगे। जहा दोसी थोड़े दिन मे ही कानून की सहायता से बाहर आ जाता है। ये देश का दुर्भाग्य है। और पीड़ित दर दर भटकता रहता है। उसकी कोई सुनवाई नही होती इस लचर कानून व्यवस्था के चलते। जय हिन्द जय भारत।

Live streaming could be a good idea having said that there should be exception for rape case. Microphone should installed for accused too.

न्याय तंत्र लोकतंत्र की। निव है,आधार स्तम्भ है, न्याय तंत्र किसी भी तरेह के दबाव या तो प्रभाव से मुक्त और तटस्थ होना चाहिए,,बेशक रिकॉर्डिंग होनी चाहिए मगर रिकॉर्डिंग से काम नहीं होगा,,, रिकॉर्डिंग के आधार पर सभी जवाबदारियों को ईनाम या तो सज़ा का भी प्रावधान होना चाहिए,,

मुकदमों के ऊपर मुकदमों चलते रहते है एक मरा दूसरे ने शुरू किया दूसरा मरा तीसरे से शुरू किया ये हाल है दीवानी मुकदमों की इस खामी या कानून में व्यवस्था के आधार पर तत्काल नया नियम बनाने की आवश्यक्ता है वर्तमान सरकार को सभी तरह के केशों में सरकार को एक सीमा तय कर देनी चाहिए जिससे समय से न्याय मिल सके सब कुछ बदला लेकिन कानून व्यवस्था जश की तश ही है किसान आदमी तो परेशान है 50 साल से ऊपर हो गए चकबन्दी नहीं शुरू हुई जिससे किसानों को परेशानी है सरकार को चाहिए कि सभी पहलुओं पर तुरन्त एक्शन हो।

बड़े बड़े मुल्जिम इसी का फायदा उठाकर लोगों को परेशान करते है क्यों कि उन्हें मालूम है कोर्ट आसानी से जमानत दे देगी और तो और दीवानी जैसी कोर्ट का तो कोई निर्णय की सीमा भी नहीं है कि कब तक चलेगा तब कई पीढ़ियां म्रत्यु के सागर में समा जाती है और निर्णय नहीं हो पाता दीवानी की एक समय सीमा बनानी चाहिए ये आज की जरूरत है अन्यथा लोग यू ही मुकदमा साल दर साल लड़ते रहेंगे और जिन्दगी गुजर जाएगी निर्णय कभी नहीं मिलने के इंतजार में दम तोड़ देता है आम इंसान सभी कानूनों की एक समय सीमा तय करें सरकार तभी कुछ होगा।

भारतीय कानून व्यवस्था पूरी तरह घटिया है कोई भी मुल्जिम चाहे कितना भी बड़ा गुनाह क्यो न कर दे आसानी से जेल से छूट जाता है जब कि बड़े केशों में आसानी से कोर्ट को जमानत नहीं देनी चाहिए फिर भी दे देती है हमारे पिता जी के हत्यारों को फांसी देने के बजाय उन पर हाईकोर्ट दया दिखाकर उनको जमानत दे देती है हम कैसे इसे समझे की कोर्ट निर्णय सही देती है कोर्ट भी कभी कभी किसी बिन्दु को नजर अन्दाज कर देती है ये इस देश की कानून और कोर्ट व्यवस्था सरकार को कानून और शक्त बनाना चाहिए जो निर्णय लोअर कोर्ट दे वहीं रहे।
