The e-Committee, Supreme Court of India envisages a judicial system that is more accessible, efficient, and equitable for every individual who engages with the justice delivery system. The right of access to justice, guaranteed under Article 21 of the Constitution encompasses the right to access live court proceedings.

To imbue greater transparency, inclusivity and foster access to justice, the e-Committee has undertaken the project of live streaming of court proceedings on priority. This will enable access to live court proceedings, including on matters of public interest to citizens, journalists, civil society, academicians, and law students on a real-time basis, which was not otherwise possible owing to geographical, logistical, or infrastructural issues.

The e-Committee, Supreme Court of India invites inputs, feedback, and suggestions on the Draft Model Rules for Live-Streaming and Recording of Court Proceedings.

Sanat Pandey1 hour 16 minutes ago निश्चित रूप से सही कदम । 1. जिसकी गलती पाई जाए, उससे सारे पैसे वसूले जाएं 2. काम छोड़के कोर्ट जाने पर पूरा नुकसान जिसकी गलती है उससे वसूला जाए, सक्षम नहीं है तो सरकार दे 3. समय सीमा में निर्णय 4. अगर निर्णय बदला जाता है तो निचली कोर्ट की जवाबदारी तय होनी चाहिए 5. सुप्रीम कोर्ट को छोड़कर सारी कोर्ट्स में सीमा से अधिक भ्रष्टाचार व्याप्त है, अतिशीघ्र नियंत्रण किया जाए 6. भ्रष्टाचारियों को दुबारा पकड़े जाने पर कठोरतम सज़ा

E court Video proceeding will be the good project, but the government will organise a committee ang get the result and then proceed to it.

Live steaming and recording of Court Proceedings is a right move towards Transparency. It can be referred in future for Similar Fact cases. Right now Supreme Court gives directions to High courts of Different state and Union Territories for Wrong Judgements given. Same case First heard at Local Court then goes to High court & then it further goes to Supreme Court. It takes lot of time & Money to save innocent person and to give justice to citizen. Culprits are enjoying pay roll and bails.

The live streaming of court proceedings initiative is good approach with reference to transparency, and are possible all who are interested to follow up. It also fulfills the right of access to justice guaranteed under Article 21 of our Constitution. The draft is nicely drafted and must be implemented truly. If any loop holes or errors found can be sorted out in least possible time. Starting of new way is appreciable.

In my opinion, 1. It is a very good initiative as far as concerned with the transparency of the conduct. 2. But I think the streaming should be done in such a way that the victim's identity is not disclosed or if necessary s/he should be asked for their consent on the disclosure of their identity.
