1.cases filed by women should be resolved within a month or at the earliest depending on case to case so as to avoid financial constraint as well as legal hassle.2. The moment any new law is made or law is amended ,it should be implemented immediately without any delay .it will avoid future cases and cases pertaining to it should be resolved at the lower courts and make lower courts accountable for the same to avoid financial loss and legal hassle.

Yes, live streaming of the sessions in court increases transparency but it must be streamed only through official channel of the respected court. It is important to maintain privacy of the citizens. Video must be deleted from social media after 1day(24 hours). Video should not be able to share in social media other than official account/channel/website of the respected court.
Thank you🙏

Live streaming, recording of court proceedings is a must for our democracy.
1. Will make any proceeding accessible to all, anytime. Without physical presence of public concerned. E.g. A PIL filed in high court, any concerned citizen can access the proceedings from any part of the country.
Will save time, resources and money for individual and precious time of courts
2. Records & Transparency of all cases will be easy to backup maintain and access.
3. Courts performance will improve manifold

Courtsmaintain their integrity as well no question of transparency on court proceedings. live streaming brings awareness of proceedings in public, works as a guide/inspiration for inspiring lawyers and judges.
—-Landmark judgments will be easily made aware to public .
Concerns:
Sometimes something might go wrong making it fun by should be avoided by strict legal framework so that judges values doesn’t degrade for unfortunate reasons

ई कोर्ट का संचालन बिल्कुल ही निरर्थक है बड़े समाज के लोगों के लिए यह आसान है पर छोटे लोगों के लिए उतना ही मुश्किल है।

2.3- let judge command-loud and clear - stop live stream- and IT assistant shoud stop .So judge focus on case and arguments THis It will also record Judge giving command
10.1 Official transcription Must be made available in other language as required by litigants .( not left to judge) These can be used by litigants legally when moving higher court
2.7 -To add - each lawyers / litigant must to upload their typed submissions- appeals and rejoinders .So these are accessible to judge and OP

live streaming surely will bring transparency
following are my suggestions
1.telecast should be done on specific tv channel named "court channel" similar to lok sabha tv Or rajya sabha tv.
2.local channel of doordarshan should be also used for telecast
3.videos of these live streaming should not be allowed to use in election.
4.videos should not be allowed to share in social media.
5.video should be deleted within 24 hr from you tube, recording for only lower court.
