The e-Committee, Supreme Court of India envisages a judicial system that is more accessible, efficient, and equitable for every individual who engages with the justice delivery system. The right of access to justice, guaranteed under Article 21 of the Constitution encompasses the right to access live court proceedings.

To imbue greater transparency, inclusivity and foster access to justice, the e-Committee has undertaken the project of live streaming of court proceedings on priority. This will enable access to live court proceedings, including on matters of public interest to citizens, journalists, civil society, academicians, and law students on a real-time basis, which was not otherwise possible owing to geographical, logistical, or infrastructural issues.

The e-Committee, Supreme Court of India invites inputs, feedback, and suggestions on the Draft Model Rules for Live-Streaming and Recording of Court Proceedings.

It is not practically possible to have live telecast , of every case and that of every date given , of every case. But if we consider about some last dates of the ' case' it should be made mandatory of all the three levels , district ,high and Supreme Court. In fact ,there must be some provision to provide last date of case . So the monetization problem can be solved to some level , especially for the people below poverty line , farmers ,case of people having family matters etc.

सुप्रीम कोर्ट की सुनवाई की लाइव टेलीकास्ट जरूर होनी चाहिए जिससे लोगों का अदालत एवं कानून व्यवस्था पर पूर्ण भरोसा बना रहे कानून व्यवस्था से VIP कल्चर खतम होना चाहिए आम जनता को जेल होने पर जेल नेता घोटाला (देश का धन लूटने) , मर्डर करने के बाद भी VIP सुविधा मिलती है समान कानून होना चाहिए जिससे लोगों में कानून का डर एवं भृष्टचार होने पर कठोर से कठोर सजा का प्रावधान हो हमारे देश को यदि संपन्न होना है तो भृष्टाचार के लिए ज़ीरो टॉलरेंस नीति अपनानी होगी और न्यायपालिका ही यह कार्य कर सकती है #अखंडभारत

SIRJIII Also It sector,solar,fossile energy, aviation and marine industry to get more fund and infrastructure. it is play crucial role and end myth of discrimination of rich or poor case in court. we support this draft by heart and wait for its implementationn and like that we need one more draft on body can on all police personal it is very necessary and law and order implementation is incompatible with bodycam draft. it help in fast case proceeding and cases which was due to loop hole in police department.Isse police fraud case, rudely behaviour laparvahi,proper patrolling hogi. every citizen proud

it will play very important role in crime control, when people will see that the criminals can't escape punishment and that People are getting justice. Their faith in the Indian judicial system will be strengthened and people will not break any rules and many people will start fallowing the rules since they start believing in indian judicial system

अदालतों को गंभीर से गंभीर मामलों में लाइव telecasting होनी चाहिए ताकि सारी दुनिया को पता लगे कि अपराध करने वाले कौन तोग है। ऐसा करने से लोगों के मन मे अपराध करते हुए डर पैदा होगा । जिससे देश मे अपराध के क्षेत्र मे कमी आएगी ॥ ऐसे अपराधियों को उचित दंड देकर उनकी संपत्ति को कुक करना चाहिए ॥

बलात्कार , हिंसा, लूटपाट के मामलों में कोर्ट को सख्त से सख्त निर्णय करना चाहिए । इन तरह के मामलो में कम से कम 20 वर्ष या उम्र कैद की सजा होनी चाहिए । अगर कोई नेता इन मामलों मे लिप्त पाया जाए तो उसका ताउम्र चुनाव लड़ने पर प्रतिबंध लगा देन चाहिए ॥ एक बात ओर सजा का ऐलान 6 महीने के भीतर हो जाना चाहिए क्योकि देर से मिला न्याय भी अन्याय ही होता है।

सर कोर्ट हमारे देश की एक अभिन्न इकाई है । परन्तु बहुत से लोग इसके भी निक्षपक्ष होने पर सवाल उठाते है जो कि गलत है। न्याय व्यवस्था को हमेशा पूरी ईमानदारी से काम करना चाहिए । चाहे कितना भी छोटा व्यकित हो या कितना भी बडा व्यक्ति या नेता उसको उसके गुनाह के मुताबिक दंड मिलना ही चाहिए ॥ इस संस्था पर किसी का भी दबाव नहीं होना चाहिए ॥

it will be a good decision the youth and the law field students and other law abiding persons are often very eager to know what kind of decision hS been declared by the court. many times it shows some remarkable, extraordinary suggestions or warnings to any of the parties. So by many ways it will be inspiring ,message giving step. I personally amin favour of it.
