4. Must be licensed in the country, including online media operating in the language of the country. If not, the ban should be imposed if the news provided is misleading, regardless of the country from which it operates
5. All media persons should take an oath that they are committed to upholding the dignity of the country and educating the public.

There was talk about system application of deductive logic for various sections of relevant case. First this should be streamed with AI and dedicated nation wide main frame computer. This will not only ease the function and ensure quick of court proceedings. Video recording is data base; it should be open to both parties recording so that deliberate delays will be avoided, as said in the post. It should not end up white elephant maintenance cost without result. We are best in all respects.Regard

3. Only news provided by the Central Government, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs or the Security Forces may be broadcast. News that proves the logic of the media person must be accepted as fake news.

Dear Modiji,
1. The reporter who deliberately presents fake news live should be punished and the channel which broadcasts it again despite knowing that it is fake should be banned.
2. An apology should be made through the channel and the transmission should be stopped for at least 24 hours to change the reputation of an individual, institution or organization due to giving false news.

PM sir,
This is a very useful idea for the growth of independence of judiciary in our nation which is prescribed in our constitution.
But live streaming of proceedings are to be secured and every common citizen of India should be given the chance to see the proceedings. So,the permission should be granted to all the press and media to record the proceedings instead of limiting the proceedings to certain papers .
Thank you sir and my gov

This is good as judiciary system will be more transperent. Concern parties also get the clear idea of proceedings.
Hope online hearing also get more streamlined with this system in place so that many pending cases will get sorted ASAP, and load on judiciary system will decrease.

Dear PM Modiji,
I have many contributions like that however I would like to inform you that there are some unknown people from Mira Road who want to track you in a way without any reason. These people are into malpractices and want to destroy. They are from Delhi now in Mumbai. I'm just informing you that they are involved in murder of 2 innocent people. 1 Ramita Shetty Address B304 Swapna Sagar, Swapna Nagari, Near model town, Mulund west, Mumbai 400080 and my father Ashirvadam Michael

Live streaming and recording of court proceedings will be the first step for bringing transperancy in our judicial system. It will give a fair chance to see what actually transpired to both the parties to the dispute and at the same time the appellate court will be in a better position to analyse the proceedings of the subordinate court and arrive at a fair conclusion. To some extent corruption will be minimised and highhandedness of certain judges will be exposed. A draft model code is welcome.
