Respected Sir/Madam,
It is felt that the proposed live streaming of court cases may be done only on some selective basis instead of doing so on the 'universal' basis. More importantly, any matters having any 'political' overtones, should be kept out of its ambit. Further, the present practice of everyone approaching Hon'ble Supreme Court seeking an 'out of turn' listing for hearing, should be 'minimized' as it adds more to its extant pendency. First Come, First serve should be thumb rule.

It can make the justice delivery system affordable, transparent, speedy and accountable by limiting the paper filings And it can be time saving and hence reduce the packlog of pending cases and reduce the number of unscrupulous activities......Thankyou..
