The e-Committee, Supreme Court of India envisages a judicial system that is more accessible, efficient, and equitable for every individual who engages with the justice delivery system. The right of access to justice, guaranteed under Article 21 of the Constitution encompasses the right to access live court proceedings.

To imbue greater transparency, inclusivity and foster access to justice, the e-Committee has undertaken the project of live streaming of court proceedings on priority. This will enable access to live court proceedings, including on matters of public interest to citizens, journalists, civil society, academicians, and law students on a real-time basis, which was not otherwise possible owing to geographical, logistical, or infrastructural issues.

The e-Committee, Supreme Court of India invites inputs, feedback, and suggestions on the Draft Model Rules for Live-Streaming and Recording of Court Proceedings.

मोदी जी अगर आप जितने भी प्राइवेट सेक्टर या दुकान या लेबर कांट्रैक्ट के जरिए कहीं पर भी एक आदमी भी किसी के अधीन पर काम कर रहा है उनके लिए एक कानून नियम लागू लाकर बैंकिंग सिस्टम से जोड़ दिया जाए तो भारत मजदूरों का शोषण हो रहा है उसे रोका जा सकता है मजदूरों का शोषण सबसे ज्यादा शोषण लेबर कांट्रेक्टर करते हैं

मोदी जी हमारे देश में एक बहुत बड़ी आबादी प्राइवेट सेक्टर में व्यापारी संगठनों में निजी सेक्टर में लेबर कांट्रैक्ट के जरिए नौकरी करते हैं ज्यादातर लोगों का कांट्रेक्टर ही लूटते रहते हैं यह लोग ज्यादा काम करा कर कम सैलरी देते हैं जिससे कि हमारे देश जो आर्थिक गतिविधियां हैं वह बहुत धीमी हो जाती है जितना उनकी सैलरी होती है उसमें से आधा ही देते हैं और आधा खा जाते हैं जिससे यह होता है की व्यक्ति अपना बस जीवन यापन है कर सकता है मगर इनडायरेक्ट रूप से भारत को आगे बनाने में मदद नहीं कर सकता

All cases booked by the police station need not come to the court.some cases are to be settled in the police station itself by the higher level officers offering small punishment and penalty.This will reduce the burden of the court some level.The judiciary system is to be modified to dispose the accumulating cases in the courts.

one criminal case against me.FIR at 2012.case numbered in 2015.I attended the court in 35 times (hearings).5 times-Judge leave.9 times-court boycott by the lawyers.rest of the time,I didn't know the reason.But parties and witness are cross examined by my lawyer in last two days.next hearing judgement in Nov 2019.Under sec 248(1)crpc,I was Acquitted.I got the judgement copy by Feb 2020.But I was dismissed in 2013.Till I am trying to get my benefits.This is the present situation of the judiciary.

लाइव स्ट्रीमिंग के लिए आदर्श नियम बनाने से पूर्व यह विचार करना आवश्यक हैं कि क्या यह उचित हैं । क्योंकि विचार – विमर्श के दौरान इसने वादियों और गवाहों की निजता एवं गोपनीयता, व्यावसायिक गोपनीयता से जुड़े मुद्दों, केन्द्रीय या राज्य के कानूनों द्वारा निर्धारित अदालत की कार्यवाही या सुनवाई तक पहुंच का निषेध या प्रतिबंध और कुछ मामलों में मामले की संवेदनशीलता को देखते हुए बड़े सार्वजनिक हित को संरक्षित करने से जुड़ी चिंता भी एक मुख्य मुद्दा हैं।

delayed justice is denied of justice..plz make justice quick...there are lakhs of pending cases and carores are waiting..the procedure has many loops n wicked/shrudes take advantage of it....plz..do remove this..

The e-committee chairman justice DhananjayaY. Chandrachud,the supreme court Judge has writtena letter to all chief justices of the high court calling for the inputs and suggestions on the draft Draft Model Rules for Live-Streaming and Recording of Court Proceedings. He mentions in the letter that the right of access to justice, guaranteed under Article 21 of the Constitution encompasses the right to access live court proceedings. The e-Committee, Supreme Court of India, is the portal showcasing the Information and Communication Technology (ICT) initiatives adopted by the judicial system in India. The e-Committee is the governing body charged with overseeing the e-Courts Project conceptualized under the “National Policy and Action Plan for Implementation of Information and Communication Technology (ICT) in the Indian Judiciary-2005 .
