Not sure whether I want all court hearings to be made public, but I surely want the following
1.There should a stipulated time within which a case is completed.
2.The lower court and higher court cannot give diametrically opposite verdicts.
3.If such verdicts are accepted then the lower court should be questioned for their wrong verdict and waste of time.
4.Clear back log of all cases in the countrt and bring them at par within a time period.

Modiji, Lawyer's Fee demanded by various lawyers are not under any norms or under control of Government .The Petitioner or Accused is not at all informed from any source about the reasonable lawyer's fee to be paid. The Lawyer's fee is quantified according to Advocacy Status of the Lawyer & every citizen Criminal& Civil Cases reasonably think whether theLawyer's fee amount is justifiable on what Norms&Authority.I request Central Government to Quantify Lawyer's Fee reasonably&publish in Gazette
