dear P M . A noble idea indeed ,Is it possible that in each case , lawyers update their fees on the case website -and if it is increased during the case that extra too is updated . Even high paying doctors declare ,so why not lawyers , who charge in Crores and win case by unfair means .This will make it possible for an honest judge to award suitable damages to litigants as cost .These costs are recorded for judge/bench of the case. Corruption will come down too

all high profile cases should be recorded and made publicly available as it will ensure transparency in court proceedings and will help curb loopholes in laws used to get bail and delay the process, putting pressure on judiciary for timely settlement of cases.

For all Online Court trials every thing must be avilable Online for example FIR copy, Photo of Evidence, Suspect Photos, Witness Names, ID proofs, Postmortem reports, Eye witness statements, Photos of crime sight, Photos and description of Weapons used in conducting crime on crime spot. This will help to store all records Online instead of offline for fast trials all things must be upload on court website for each specific trials.

Government of India must make changes in Judical Procedure of conducting Court Trials by making it Online from Court and Prison all trials must be done Online to reduce operational cost. Example prisoners transportation cost will reduce, security expenses will reduce, Prisoners getting kidnapped will reduce. So overall all expenses will reduce if all Court trials become online. All court trials must be recorded and must be saved on givernwmnt server as proof similar as USA judical court does.
