Approve one national channel to record the proceedings in court ( considering security). after all medias can use it. if it is Doordarshan channel that is good, accumulation of cases in supreme court should be avoided and start online plat form to proceed the cases. Increase the bench in supreme court, institutionalize the court on the court on the basis of priority. cases , judgement relating with religious matters should be consider by one bench through online platform.

Court proceedings should be video recorded, including in camera hearings.
With laying down of optical fibre and connecting panchayats, separate arrangements to be made to hear cases remotely - will save huge amount of resources of litigants and facilitate recording

Digital adoption may be difficult for some people at the beginning, but proper online teaching and exposure would definitely help them.

Often during the cross examination, the steno typing the depositions of witness makes mistakes while transcripting the layman's language into legal language.
All the arguments by the councils shall be video recorded to avoid any ambiguity later.
Live streaming of the cases shall be done on demand of the parties at the cost paid by the parties.
