The e-Committee, Supreme Court of India envisages a judicial system that is more accessible, efficient, and equitable for every individual who engages with the justice delivery system. The right of access to justice, guaranteed under Article 21 of the Constitution encompasses the right to access live court proceedings.

To imbue greater transparency, inclusivity and foster access to justice, the e-Committee has undertaken the project of live streaming of court proceedings on priority. This will enable access to live court proceedings, including on matters of public interest to citizens, journalists, civil society, academicians, and law students on a real-time basis, which was not otherwise possible owing to geographical, logistical, or infrastructural issues.

The e-Committee, Supreme Court of India invites inputs, feedback, and suggestions on the Draft Model Rules for Live-Streaming and Recording of Court Proceedings.

It helps people from Southern States such as Tamil Nadu and Kerala do not have to travel all the way to the national capital for a day’s hearing.

माननीय प्रधानमंत्री जी सबसे पहले आपको फ़र्जी बैनामों द्वारा हो रहें अवैध कब्जों के विरूद्ध मूलमालिकों को वर्तमान निवास स्थान से एफ, आई, आर, कोर्ट केस करने के अधिकार पर विचार करना चाहिए। वर्तमान में यह ज्यादा जरूरी है। फ़र्जी बैनामो को रोकने के लिए भारत के प्रत्येक जिले में राजस्व विभाग में एक सर्विलांस सिस्टम बनाने पर पर विचार करना चाहिए यह भी ज्यादा जरूरी है।

5. Strict law will have to be imposed to prevent misuse of streaming recordings in future. Any law personnel who will be found guilty, must be punished strictly, same like traitor or court marshall. 6. Any kind of cash transactions must be stopped in court premises. All charges, fees must be paid digitally. Any cash transaction must be considered as an offense. 7. Hard copy of cases must be provided to poor farmers at free of cost at least for next 10 years, to prevent corruption in premises.

The number of hearings may be restricted and based on that the judgement will be given in the short span of time.we will see the real picture, and the judges will be the real heroes.This procedure make some lawyers to rethink their presence and argue in some silly cases for the aquist against women, children and aged persons to safeguard their public images.

प्रधानमंत्री जी लिंचिंग LYNCHING की घटनाओं पर रोक लगाने के लिए ऐसा प्रावधान कर दीजिए कि अगर कोई भी अपराध भारत में जिसमें हिंसा हुई हो तथा 3 या 3 से ज्यादा व्यक्ति शामिल रहे हों, उसकी सुनवाई स्वतः ही फास्ट ट्रैक कोर्ट में स्थानांतरित हो जाएगी। इससे लिंचिंग तथा संगठित अपराधियों की रोकथाम में बहुत मदद मिलेगी

1. Live streaming access shall be given to authorized registered magistrates, DMs, advocates etc only to maintain dignity and privacy of the court. 2. Authorized legal digital libraries can be made for law students study. 3. Secrecy and privacy must be maintained because justice is very sensitive issue, this may lead to personal envy in despite of any decision and lead to threat of life to legal personnel. 4. A system firewall must be built and IT security officer shall be appointed... Etc.
