Making one person in every family digitally literate is one of the integral components of the Prime Minister’s vision of a ‘Digital India’. National Digital Literacy Mission (NDLM) or Digital Saksharta Abhiyan (DISHA) envisages provision of digital literacy training to 52.5 Lakh persons, one in every eligible household of the country. Anganwadi workers, ASHA workers and authorized ration dealers have also been included in this scheme. The objective is to impart basic ICT skills which would enable the citizen to use IT and related applications and participate actively in the democratic process and further enhance opportunities for their livelihood.

Kindly share your thoughts to promote National Digital Literacy Mission (NDLM) or Digital Saksharta Abhiyan (DISHA) scheme to educate digitally illiterate, and help in this mission to reduce digital divide at the rural areas and at the grass-root level.

Innovation For Mobile: (Project For Govt. to earn Thousands Of Crores & provide Education to all) I have prepared complete system which will provide all the facilities of mobile phone worth Rs. 20,000/- to Rs. 60,000/- in current market to a person in just Rs. 3000/-. Due to this low cost every one can have this mobile which will change the way they educate themselves.

In every gram panchayat,one eligible person can be selected and trained to spread digital literacy. He can be provided with one personal computer.

Please engage students of govt. engineering colleges and mandatory assignment to adopt various districts to spread digital literacy. State government officials can be encouraged to hold seminars in various blocks and gram panchayat to spread digital literacy.
