Making one person in every family digitally literate is one of the integral components of the Prime Minister’s vision of a ‘Digital India’. National Digital Literacy Mission (NDLM) or Digital Saksharta Abhiyan (DISHA) envisages provision of digital literacy training to 52.5 Lakh persons, one in every eligible household of the country. Anganwadi workers, ASHA workers and authorized ration dealers have also been included in this scheme. The objective is to impart basic ICT skills which would enable the citizen to use IT and related applications and participate actively in the democratic process and further enhance opportunities for their livelihood.

Kindly share your thoughts to promote National Digital Literacy Mission (NDLM) or Digital Saksharta Abhiyan (DISHA) scheme to educate digitally illiterate, and help in this mission to reduce digital divide at the rural areas and at the grass-root level.

આચાર્ય એ.આર.દેસાઇ પ્રાથમિક શાળા ક્રમાંક : ૨૦ માં બાળકોને શૈક્ષણિક પ્રવૃત્તિ અને મૂલ્યનિષ્ઠ શિક્ષણ દ્વારા આગળ વધારવા પ્રયાસ થાય છે.

आदरणीय प्रधानमन्त्री श्री नरेंद्र मोदी जी के ''मन की बात'' से प्रभावित होकर शासकीय उच्चत्तर माध्यमिक शाला मांढर(बस्ती) जिला रायपुर छत्तीसगढ़ ने अपनी शाला में प्रत्येक माह के अंतिम शनिवार को ''मन की बात'' कार्यक्रम शुरू किया है। जिससे छात्र-छात्राओं और शिक्षकों में सकारात्मक सोच द्रुत गति से विकसित होने लगी है।

1. provide internet availability to all over the India(at least in all railway station and airport), user should freely access the required information through sites like near by police station, hospitals, schools, government related information etc. At least with this facilities people will get benefited who is already using smartphone. 2. To make awareness of digital world one teacher can be trained in every school who will teach their students about how to use internet and get info.

#DigitalLiteracy #NDLM can be brought in at fast pace by decentralisation only 1-Go to lowest levels of governance like RWA's Gram Panchayats Municipalities etc. to manage this mission's performance 2-Competition is must among them for success just like Smart City 3-Best digital teacher is a child 4-Small functions and local meets where children teach elders digital literacy 5-This whole activity as a national competition and mission with fixed targets 6-Involve college student volunteers

Sir Modiji- I would like to share that in govt. school we don't have that much of facility like CBSC OR ISC board. I have complete school from govt school and I can understand it. Now I am working in MNC and like to do something to improve this with help of friend and family and we can start with own fund. Jai Hind. NAMO....

Dear Sir, Practice is the best method of learning. So, make internet services free at least for government sites. I think govt can make ISPs to provided this as the DD channels are broadcast free by the television broadcasters. This is must for the M-governance/ E-governance, which is the final goal. Thank You.
