Your comment on the article 'PM Modi inaugurates pilot project for world's largest drain storage plan in cooperative sector' is now displayed here in below. 'Gov't should establish the Primary ( Regional ) CO-OPS along with Banks with a seed capital and basic infrastructure and Guided by a central agency. All farmers will automatically become share holders and will form regional boards. They will have marketing wings and can do the trading (buying & Selling). They can determine the purchase and selling prices . Even Gov't agencies like FCI will deal with the CO-OPS. The profits will obviously be going to the farmer share holders.'
