1. The main blocker is safety. Even if majority EV is safe, many ppl still doubt it big time. Need to learn from Maggie episode. Emphasis on safety, fireproof etc.
2. EV expo and good media coverage
3. arrange EV rally
4. EV community and mouth publicity can play a big role.
5. Focus of ease of charging. Detachable safer to handle battery which can be charged at home will be preferable
6. Environmental aspect oriented campaign, eg. 1 EV = xx amount of tree plantation
7. 50% EV fleet mandate for school and corporate transport. Both do not need high speed.
8. arrange EV rallies
9. Half parking fee for EV
10. EV - Mandatory Debate topic at schools and colleges, it will help for awareness at early age. let's focus on next gen too.
10. Ask companies to add more features to EV
11 Importantly - Subsidy , announce slightly decreasing subsidy every quarter ... initially high then slowly low

EV's are the new trend that will not only benefit the environment but also help humans to lead a better and healthy lifestyle. Here are some suggestions :
1. Government can issue particular percentage of relief in tax on purchase of an EV.
2. Government can maintain a flow of one type of charger for EV's coming from any brand all over country promoting availability and hence reduce e-waste.
3. Government can setup charging points at preferable distance making the use of EV easy and convenient for people.
4. Open land in rural areas can be used to generate electricity through solar and opening a one stop charging points for all the resident hence helping them charge their EV's free of cost and help in promotion purchase of EV instead of vehicles ran on fuel.
5. Using EV for renting and hiring purpose in tourist places so that tourist get to know about the features and benefits about using a EV which can help spreading awareness on convince of purchasing an EV.

Firstly, in all schools and colleges, advantages of EVs to be discussed through short films, seminars, workshops. Even students to be assigned to have a project/presentation/articles on the subject.
In school examination, the essay/questions regarding this subject to be asked.
The Administrative Officers of all classes to be involved in the campaign. Lions Club, Rotary club, Rifle Club, Association of Persons, Societies etc. to be covered through campaigns regarding advantages of EVs.
Green India, Clean India to be in the heart of every citizen.
Auto Companies should offer attractive exchange offers on replacement of existing petrol/diesel engine vehicles against new electric vehicles. The loss beared by the Auto Companies to be compensated through other means like carbon credit. Likewise, the banks financing more on EVs, Green Energy to be allocated carbon credit. A fresh unique structure for carbon credit calculation to be formed that encourages everyone to adopt EVs.
