My Dear Most Respected Prime Minister Sir,
Electric Vehicles can decrease air pollution, thereby ensuring clean atmosphere. I am very proud that my country is contributing goodness to the world, and I am also proud that my country is very much concerned to give a clean atmosphere to children of the future. I am also very much prideful that I am one among my brothers and sisters in contributing to the goodness of the world.

EVs surely are a beneficial transition. Easy to use, minimal maintenance, with expanding charging network and improving battery technology enabling longer travel distances & multiple models from multiple (manufacturer) vendors with modern/novel sale techniques, is assured to build the EV population as expected. But poor road conditions, bad drivers, all leading to increased travel times and shortening vehicle life, coupled with higher pricing, do not make for a better solution to go electric. It is therefore critical, to address the non-manufacturer, non-driver related aspects of the vehicle ecosystem, that's purely controlled by local bureaucracy that requires urgent attention for improvisation.

Using renewable energy sources can make the use of electric vehicles more eco-friendly. The electricity cost can be reduced further if charging is done with the help of renewable energy sources installed at home, such as solar panels.
