Aurangabad, a City situated in Maharashtra stands at the confluence of Ancient Cultural Heritage and Rapid Modernization. Aurangabad, One of the largest urban agglomerates in the western region of India, has evolved into a swiftly developing industrial power house with a strong investment potential. Aurangabad has now emerged into an epicenter of urban and social progress in the region due to its strategic positioning amongst the various growth centers of Maharashtra.Aurangabad is completely ready to resolve the various infrastructural challenges faced by its citizens by implementation of various “Smart” interventions and transforming them into revolutionary opportunities.

The Ministry of Urban Development has shortlisted Aurangabad as one of the 100 cities to be developed as a Smart City under the “SMART Cities Mission”. Aurangabad Municipal Corporation is in the process of formulating its Smart City Proposal for participation in the Stage 2 of the Smart City Challenge.

The dynamic citizens of Aurangabad are hereby requested to voice their opinions/suggestions for creating a unique Smart City blueprint for Aurangabad.

The citizens may post their views regarding municipal and allied civic services such as:

• Water
• Electricity Supply
• Sanitation
• Solid waste management
• Rapid and well-connected Urban Transport
• Quality Education
• Specialized Healthcare
• City wide Surveillance
• Security Infrastructure
• Robust Digital Connectivity
• Affordable Housing

The citizens are encouraged to identify the problem areas and suggest various necessary interventions required to transform Aurangabad into a world class Smart City!

My Aurangabad #SmartCity, #Aurangabad, #MyGov must Have Additional ten Centre Govt CBSE board primary schools in the line with Singapore Education system in which all school have CCTV camera and parent can monitor the child activity using smartphone. Education Including E-learning in Every Govt School.

For making #Aurangabad as #SmartCity Infrastructure development is of utmost importance, Specially roads and transportation.There is no local transport except for share rickshaws which causes inconvenience. City can be developed as a good tourist spot. Special and frequent transport should be made available to the places like Khultabad and Paithan. There are very few trees in the city. If more trees planted, it will help to reduce the pollution on the roads of #Aurangabad.

To become a smart city, first of all infrastructure should be developed that is roads, roads are very poor in this city and secondly water supply is also poor. First these issues should be solved and tourism infrastructure should be developed like transport service to historical places nearby.

First of all go for Land management system are legalize Like Ownership, Possession, Title and other Legal aspects please go through attached file The all PR Cards are Invalid but still on ROR PR Cards granted on false, fabricated and False affidavits then we will got a smart city with peace of mind

AMC should start WiFi zones around the city in important and sensitive area. AMC should provide the login I'd and password to the registered subscriber. AMC should link this login I'd and password to one IP address of the system/laptop/mobile/tablet so that the use of WiFi will be made through only registered login I'd and registered device. this would generate a good income for AMC.

Open unused govt land should be converted into green belts. Trees which grow faster and big should be planted, such as peepal, gulmohar, etc

There should be proper solid waste management in the city. SWM should be managed by dividing city in three parts as per like lok sabha constituency & further as per the wards of AMC.garbage collection bins should be placed at the interval of each km. Ward should collect the garbage from its respective area and further shall try to make organic fertilizer from this waste. This all assignment should be on PPP basis. It will generate employment, will solve the problem of waste and will earn for AMC

1. Develop colonies as smart colonies with the responsibility to corporator of that respective colony on a pilot basis. 2.Develop corporation ward office as e-service center. 3.Count green plantation per hectare in each ward and set a minimum limit to have green plants in each ward with the responsibility to corporator. 5.Start docketing and tracking of files online related to public work in AMC so that public can track their work online. 6.Keep Kham river clean,green free of savage.
