Yes dehradun ko ek smart city bnane k liye subse pehle. Jo humare seher k garib log hai jinke liye rehne k liye ghar nhi hai pehle unke liye govt. Ki traf se ghar uplabdh karaye aur unke liye rojgar. Sath he sath bairojgar yuva logo k liye jobs. Tab aap soch sakte hai dehradun ko smart city bnane ki. Jab tak ghar ki neev he majboot nhi hogi to use ghar ko jitna b saja lo ek na ek din vo tut he jana hai. Dehradun tabhi smart city banega.

I think for any smart city energy is a big concern.Since now a lot of new buildings would come up, I feel most of those buildings should have solar panels installed to make the city energy sufficient or maybe even surplus. Moreover Led bulbs could be used.

Our civic bodies do not have a single urban planner. In cities like London, chief urban planner is the second most important official after the mayor. That is the importance given to planning," .If a city has to really become world class , the first thing is to get experts from various disciplines, including urban planners, architects, transportation planners, financial managers and environmental engineers.

Dehradun, A city with huge possibilities of development of Tourism. By encouraging tourism in the city, we can create huge revenues, not only fo the city, but for India also. It would create foreign exchange also. We have to provide internet connectivity to all the citizens, which government of India is trying through "Digital" India. Secondly, we have to create infrastructure also.
