1. Passenger Train /Express Train from Dindigul to Karur, Trichy & Madurai from morning hours as well as in evening hours .
2. Day time Express Train from Dindigul to Mettupalayam Via Coimbatore.
3. Day time Express Train from Dindigul to Thirupathi.

WASTE MANAGEMENT :-
1. Proper Drainage System for the entire city .
2. Dust bin to be provided along the road sides with 100 feets distance with sign writing of “USE ME”.
3. Warning sign board may be provided in all along the roads , such “Spitting on common place is prohibited & punishable and fine up to Rs 100/-“.
4. Leather Factory (Tannery ) in Begambur Areas may be Shifted faraway places (or) proper modern Effluent Treatment is required to avoid , Spreading of disease.

1. Provision for Board Band Connection for the Public may be available with advance cable laying for all the places in consulting with BSNL .

Operation & Maintenance of Consumer Service such as fuse of call or break down maintenance done by private agency for quality, speedy services.
All the existing EB Energy Meters may be converted into smart meters for accuracy & Tele metering.
LPG for homes /hotels etc distributed through Pipe lines with proper metering for month billing like EB & Telephone bills etc in Big Apartments and in important residential area.

ELECTRICITY & FUEL :
1. The open R.C.C E.B Pole for LT lines as well as HT lines may be avoided in the city. Following points may be considered.
LT Feeder pillar boxes may be provided in road sides, where we can tap supply to consumer.
The existing all leading Service wires of the consumer may be dismantled and concealed with new service connection which may be provided by the Dindigul City Electricity Board. (New TNEB Board may be formed).

1. Shifting of Mofusil Bus stand to Palani – Batlagundu By Pass road near next to Petrol Bunk .
2. The Existing Vegetable Market may be shifted near proposed new bus stand .
3. Following Bus terminals required.

Gandhigram University
New Court
4. Sufficient Bus stop shelter with modular structure may be provided.
5. AC Bus Service from new Bus Stand , Old Bus Stand, & Collector Office.

The followings may be few suggestive measures for a smart and clean city: 1. Street washing before sweeping; 2. Use Bio-disposers to dispose kitchen / bio-degradable waste directly to sewer network. 3. Areas without sewer network may be provided with Bio-digesters for tackling bio-degradable waste. 4. Manage all type of Solid Waste separately without co-mingling for efficient reuse / recycling. & 5. Prefer to provide decentralised sanitation facilities, community managed & self sustainable.
