Private players should be brought in to create world class Railway stations & BUS stands.The bbsr-khurda corridor can be developed into a food park corridor.More private hospitals should be encouraged to set up in BBSR.All the lights in the city should be LED one's.All police stations should be IT enabled and all paperwork should be mandatorily done over the mail & on the website.Public-Bureaucracy interaction should be actively discouraged. More benefits for online payments,so that cash reduces
