1.Mangalore corniche road shall be developed in such a way that it should be main attaction for visitors.
2.Central bustand shall be shifted to outside of the city so that the traffic will be reduced.
3.Roads with drainage facilities & footpath on either side shall be done.Road markings are used on every road as a means of controlling and guiding traffic.
4.Cut-outs & posters will reduce the beauty of the city,it should be controlled. Must be a waste bin near every bus-stand & road corners.

12) There should be proper local governess like people should not miss behave in any issue of cast and religion . it will be much appreciated if something goes wrong it should bring under police or governess and legal action to be taken
And we the people of Mangalore should make sure we should not miss use the property and freedom given to us due to some ppl greediness at 2004 one company shifted to other state. Due that I couldn't get work in my Mangalore so I left and I came to Mumbai

The only investment that builder requires to do is to reserve a piece of land in the society for this
As, vegetables and milk are the core requirements of the man kind if any society that introduces these 2, it is going to benefit everybody overall.
In the long term it is going to be beneficial for all the residents of the society, builder and the mankind.
Suggestion invited. Kindly, spread the words.

Self Sustained Societies ...
An idea that can forsee the terrible future ahead and can provide the solution for the same.
Like, government is encouraging Rain Water Harvesing, Solar Roof Tops and Wind Power in the Societies being devloped by the Builders. It is the ask of the time that a couple of new encouragements should be introduced :-
1. Vegetable production in the socity itself
2. Cattles i.e. Cows, Buffaloes to produce milk
