The only investment that builder requires to do is to reserve a piece of land in the society for this
As, vegetables and milk are the core requirements of the man kind if any society that introduces these 2, it is going to benefit everybody overall.
In the long term it is going to be beneficial for all the residents of the society, builder and the mankind.
Suggestion invited. Kindly, spread the words.

Self Sustained Societies ...
An idea that can forsee the terrible future ahead and can provide the solution for the same.
Like, government is encouraging Rain Water Harvesing, Solar Roof Tops and Wind Power in the Societies being devloped by the Builders. It is the ask of the time that a couple of new encouragements should be introduced :-
1. Vegetable production in the socity itself
2. Cattles i.e. Cows, Buffaloes to produce milk

-City bus stands to have GPS based hoardings to show real time index of buses, their arrival/departure timing
-Promote greater networking for freelancers by profession for the main occupation of Mangaloreans. Eg like the concept of Ola, Pizza Home Delivery
- Sophisticated service from corporation or panchayath for tree climbing to avoid natural resources being wasted. - https://www.youtube.com/results?search_query=tree+climbing+machine

* Let all the area street lights be replaced with LED bulbs, so that a lot of power can be saved, more bright & looks more Smart...
* Spend more on creating awareness about cleanliness, instead of spending the same money on Street Sweepers.
*Finally, its the responsibility of each citizen of Mangaluru to make the city more Smart :)
Thank You! #Smartcity #Mangaluru

1) Footpaths and stormwater drains for all roads for all the new Concrete Roads. Walking has been a nightmare and driving too, as all pedestrains are forced to walk on the road.
2) Installation of Traffic Signals in Key areas and removal of newly installed unscientific Traffic Signals, that are leading to traffic Jam than prevent it.
3) Scientifically laid roads and drainage so that rain water is not clogged on roads.
4) Auto service to be run by Govt. in the model of Ola/Uber Cabs.
