1.over bridges for dangerous areas such as Nantoor.
2.New companies to get job for everyone.
3.Neat clean roads with drainage facilities on either side of the roads for the rain water to Move.
4.Signals need to be implemented in every possible places.
5.Cops facitity should be tightened , so that no groups should be involved in doing cops jobs.
6.Should have freedom to do the right things.

Roads with lanes-1 lane for heavy vehicles,speed monitoring radars,real time traffic management|Metros connecting all areas|Use renewable energy,smart buildings,smart grids,E-services,green vehicles|Better,affordable health facility|Flexible streetlights,CCTV surveillance at signals and streets,ensuring security of citizens|Strict penalty for littering|Turn entire city into wireless access zone|High level affordable education,more employment,incomes|24hr shops,pharmacy|keep open minded attitude

4. Strong Public Transport. Managlore must have Metro which connects North to South and West to East
5. Free Wifi in the City
6. Allocate funds for Innovation, StartUps. The Govt. must encourage youths to come with Startups

1. CCTV camera must be installed in all the signal. malls, Holy places and all Sensitive areas
2. Good Governance. There should be Council memebrs in each wards and should be headed by Corporator. They should take the decision on the allocated budgets and what work has to be done in that particular Ward
3. Swatch Managalore. There should be DustBin placed in every 1 km and educate citizens in keeping the City clean. This responsibily should be given to Council memebrs of each ward

Mangalore should look at Education, Start Ups, Health, Tourism and Trade.
1) Education: Skill is one of the important components for development. Mangalore can be one of the major HUB for Skill development for Karnataka.
2) Start Up HUB in the area of Education, Healthcare, Tourism,Agriculture & Banking
3) Health Care: Both Ayurveda and Allopathic co-exists we should capitalize and map it to technology
4) Trade:Capitalize on port and airport
5) Tourism: Needs to be organized
