Following Points May be Considered,
1. Dustbins should be kept for every KM for maintaining city clean & fulfilling the aims of swachh bharat abhiyan
2. flyovers should be constructed in major junctions like Pumpwell, Nanthoor for avoiding traffic in the city.
3. Bus stops in limited areas, separately for local bus as well as express buses
4. WiFi connection in city limit
5. traffic Management by avoiding unnecessary parking in road sides
6. Proper transport from city to Airport & Trains

-Rapid concretisation of main roads in the city going on but MCC completely forgetting the footpaths. The roads look so ugly with out them. The roads are also very dangerous as the edges are too sharp and very deep.
-A public–private partnership (PPP) model for overall development of the city should be envisaged.
-Regular cleanliness awareness drive must be undertaken by MCC/NGO's and Reach out to the grass root level and bring every citizen in the loop

1. Set up biogas plants or compost plants in each locality. The municipal corporator will ensure that the same is implemented. Each society be taught how to segregate waste. Wet waste thus segregated will reduce the garbage load of the city.
2. Tender Coconut shells to be recycled. The Municipality can invite PPP for converting tender coconut shells into briquettes and sawdust. The sawdust can be used for composting the wet waste.
3. New buildings to use gray water recycling.
