As part of the Ministry of Urban Development’s Smart City Challenge, Udaipur Municipal Corporation has recently completed the round one of the citizen’s consultation. Based on the outcome of round one, Corporation is now preparing to undertake several activities for citizen’s engagement in round two. As part of round two, Udaipur Municipal Corporation now invites suggestions/ feedbacks on one of the priority area i.e. ‘Solid Waste Management’ required by Udaipur city to be smart. E.g. the city needs to provide door to door waste collection, transportation and disposal.

Last date for submission is 4th December, 2015.

Respected sir, we can ferment the food waste which is generated during cooking with the help of microorganisms and the natural gas which is produced can be use for cooking this gas is not harmful for environment. The food waste again can be reused in the form of fertilizer in farms after the fermentation processes

Sweden import waste to produce energy. We should also encourage waste management. Utilising valuable waste in Waste management.
