My heart quells when gov spends huge money in Clean India mission and still I throw garbages on open area.... I try my best to look for DUSTBIN keeping garbage in pocket and ultimately when I lose hope I throw it on side...
So the Idea is:
1) . Distribute a single dustbin having 4 sections 1st for dry, 2nd for food waste, 3rd for plastic /undisposable, 4. Metals. It should be in shop, home, temple, public places.
2). There must be huge dustbin having same 4 sections, for discharging above garbages.
2.1). This huge dustbin must have a senser, that would send sms to respective department when dustbin is 80% fill, 100% fill. and overfill msg must be gone to higher controlling department.
2.2) there must be CCTV camera connected near huge dustbin, because public has habit of throwing garbages near dustbin.
3).there should be reward program for shools, colleges, temples, public places, hotels. A certificate and medal named "B" should be awarded to those particulars, who have been found best cleaning surroundings, when found continues 6 surprise checkings. And when they will be found maintaining it, then later on madel would be upgraded with "A" then "A+" , "A++" and so on. And when they found not maintaining it medal should be degraded.
And it would be criteria of choosing clean and healthy hotels for customers and students.
