Women play very important role in upliftment of Society. It is also felt that the rural women hesitate to come forward and take the initiative individually hence need is felt to strengthen them by mobilizing them in group.

Accordingly, ICDS Department UT of Dadra and Nagar Haveli has framed Mahila Mandals covering the remote areas under each Anganwadi Centres.

Mahila Mandal Comprises of local women’s

1. Lady Sarpanch / Lady Member of Panchayat Chairman
2. Anganwadi Worker Member Secretary
3. Primary School Lady Teacher Member
4. Train Dai Member
5. Social Worker Member
6. Gram Sevika Member

Regular meeting of Malila Mandal is to be conducted at their level covering the local issues. Women are mobilized to raise the voice against practices among villages like early marriage / School droop out / Child labour / Girl child issues etc.

Women can also be kept awarded on general issues regarding their rights etc. and the various scheme implemented by the Govt. of India for their benefit.

Changes in Women can definitely bring a change in the Society and we can move head for betterment.

The Department is inviting comments in this regards from expertise in the field so that the same can be adopted by the Department of these unprivileged rural people can get the benefit what they deserve.

Dear Honorable prime minister, for making a strong economic of country need to control populations. every governments has know this but no governments has not build a rule. I hope only your governments has build a attractive rule for controlling it.

In respect to woman social and economic develpment, I want suggest that, There are Samaj Suraksha officer or Nari suraksha officer appointed in all the discrict by state government,they are resolving the various social issues of woman in society and family, but, if the any problem of any types including woman employment,development, health education or any other problems councelling should be made by such samaj suraksha office and appropriate staff and infrastructure with the help of NGO given

I would say that anganwadi worker as secretary will make more complex, i would suggest any community member should be in the post. then only sustainable development and leadership quality will be developed among the members. The position of the secretary should be rotated among the other community members on each two years. others in the positions of power can be ex officio members

Respected Prime Minister, For social and economical development of women and creating among rural people is very necessary because common people are miss-use by the system of Government of India, when government employees and politicians are take initiatives than it will be effective. First Government employees should be checked what they are doing because the take money which was belongs to public. Second all private schools of cities must open similar schools in rural areas as in city.

Respected pm sir 1st of all give all the rights which is neccesary because we all talk about womens bad condition in india even a very basic needs is not fulfill in private sector like salary, too much work load, no accurate timing according to government, no maternity leaves no medical leaves and too much pressure in private company or sectors. Please give attention here.

Every MP should be given responsibility to set up all women police station where women feel comfortable registering their complains and these police stations should have full powers and should work as parallel force to the men police

Government should catalog all the CENTRAL and STATE schemes in particular states and educate and enroll people by going to their places rather than asking them to come to their offices. Digitalize all the government schemes and provision to enroll 1. Online 2. Visiting the people 3. SMS the schemes often based on geographical location in regional languages 4. Mobile vans visiting Rural Areas and explain about the government schemes and enroll them in their places itself.
