like airport railway should provide a sirvice of handling luggage at station such that single person traveling alone don't think about luggage. & more quantity of goods should be transported at small changes. such that railway increase its earning & congestion can be minimised.

tons and tons of unused concrete sleepers, irons pieces lying for years why waste resources? As railways more eco friendly, stop this useless express ways and concentrate on all India double track train network. Railway excess lands and also all along raliway tracks plant massive trees

government should collect proper data of vaccant land under rail ministry and they themselves should take suo motto action to rellocate the people residing near the rail lines on those vaccant land it would allow railway to expand their rail tracks as well as it will solve the problem of those who are living near slum areas
secondly to avoid the conflict between wild animals and human railway track projects should not be sanctioned between the protected areas and national parks.

Don't privatize the Indian Railways. The problem with privatization is that only top business people of the country are able t invest. If you privatize then allow citizens to invest as per their capacity and share profit among them as per the contribution.
HDN 7- To be made as Mumbai-Pune-Bangalore-Chennai. Make HDN-8 as Delhi-Kolkata-Chennai- Bangalore-Mumbai.
Please add Tourism network across the country TNT1- Delhi -Ajmer-Ahmedabad
TNT2- Chennai-Rameswaram-Madurai-Mysore- Mangalor

Long distance train may have only AC coaches. In that case, give discounted ticket to poor passenger for AC 3 tier berth. Remove all AC 2 tier coach by AC 3 tier coach to accommodate more passenger. In that case, maintain limited number of AC first class berth for famous person who may have chance of crowd disturbance or sometimes security threat. During night provide ‘woman & child only’ waiting room with woman police protection in maximum desired station.
