Rail plan or any other plan it can succeed only on govt intent to perform. Govt cannot perform with help of one or two persons, the collective wisdom is badly missing. The corruption in each and every department is killing our economy and a businessman weeps every day when he has to part with his hard earned money to any clerk or IAS officer. You cannot leave private businessmen in lurch like this. I tried to participate in railway tenders but advance bribe was beyond my capacity

Plan could focus on last mile delivery of service to the remote villages with weekly trains. Initially they could be connected with freight corridor to develop the primary sector of the villages.
Secondly privatisation could be done in certain freight corridors for speedy services.
Roll on and Roll off services can be added for tourist services

My idea:
1) Each state capital should have dedicated goods corridor.
2) Each corridor should have connected from any corner of India with daily goods trains.
3) Should have facilities to transport vegetables & fruits with cold storage.
4) train speed for goods trains to be increased.

firstly instead of privitization of railways.. privatization of manufacturing is to be done..where its creates emplyoment..india is abaundunt in raw material like iron ore and should be given to private companies..which automatically decrease import of steel from china for production..and major step for atma nirbharbhart..steel plants should increased even taxes can be collected .its good source of revenue too and good railways facility in andaman is to facilitated for devolopment of tourism.
