Sir, pls see if the width of the train compartments can be increased by laying extra track or some way so that special large coach trains can be run on tourist places or for increasing the loading capacity.
3 parallel tracks instead of 2, if feasible ,can be tried.

Indian railways enquiry between two stations provides a list of all available trains running on a particular route. ... With a train enquiry between stations, done through a website or mobile app, the passengers can get an overview of all trains scheduled for their travel route.

Dear Sir
Announcement of the arriving station and LED display of the station as done in Metros will help many passengers and save lot of inconvenience caused .
Effective mechanism to prevent ticketless travel and book the corrupt railway officials (specifically TTs...who take lesser money and allow ticketless travel, collect hafta from train vendors) should be in place . This will enhance the railway revenue

Dear Sir
Following are my suggestions
1.Install Solar panels on all train tops and railway station and make it energy efficient, meeting it's own needs, excess energy produced can be sold to National power grid.
2.Excess land of Railways can be given on lease to earn additional income
3.The human excreta accumulated in the train and stations can be used to produce gobar and methane gas.
4.The entire train exterior can be used as advertisement panel with preset colour and terms
Regards
