Moving towards becoming a cashless economy, Indian Railways has introduced a mobile based App "UTSONMOBILE" which enables booking and cancellation of unreserved tickets, issue and renewal of season and platform tickets, check and load R-Wallet balance and helps maintain user profile management and booking history. Users can download this app from Google Play Store or Windows store free of cost. This application is available on both Android and Windows smart phones.
Ministry of Railways invites suggestions from the general public regarding `UTSONMOBILE' App of Indian. Your suggestions will help us to examine the existing features of this App and make requisite improvements wherever necessary.

This app is not available in all cities. In Gwalior it doesn't allow to book tickets. please make it available in all cities of the country

app is good but there are some features which are to be improved to make it more user friendly 1. paperless ticket can be booked from anywhere just like e-ticket of irctc( validity of ticket can be kept as same i.e, valid for 3hrs) because there may be situation where GPS won't work or internet connection is slow.
