Moving towards becoming a cashless economy, Indian Railways has introduced a mobile based App "UTSONMOBILE" which enables booking and cancellation of unreserved tickets, issue and renewal of season and platform tickets, check and load R-Wallet balance and helps maintain user profile management and booking history. Users can download this app from Google Play Store or Windows store free of cost. This application is available on both Android and Windows smart phones.
Ministry of Railways invites suggestions from the general public regarding `UTSONMOBILE' App of Indian. Your suggestions will help us to examine the existing features of this App and make requisite improvements wherever necessary.

Sir first of all promote it on billboard, poster,add as people use if they know about that.2 make attractive offers as cashbook seasonal off nd the biggest one waiting should be valued online which were not.

सर सबसे पहले तो यह भारत के सभी स्टेशन के लिए चालू होना चाहिए ई-केवाईसी आधारित होना चाहिए ई-केवाईसी के साथ-साथ मोबाइल ओटीपी सुविधा पासवर्ड चेंज इत्यादि होना चाहिए और ऑनलाइन बुकिंग पर प्रोत्साहन मिलना चाहिए जिससे सभी लोग इस ओर प्रेरित हो और डिजिटल इंडिया तथा पेपर लेस टिकटिंग को समाप्त करने में बढ़ोतरी होगी जिससे माननीय प्रधानमंत्री जी का सपना पूरा होगा

सर उन ईलाको मे टिकट काउंटर खोला जाए जहा जहा आज भी रेल सुविधा नही है पर यात्री करोड़ो है जैसे आजमगढ से गोरखपुर के बीच 1000 km पर एक भी आरक्षण केंद्र नही कोई जरूरी नही जहा रेलवे स्टेशन हो वही बुकिंग हो।

महोदय! "UMANG" App की तरह ही रेलवे का एट एकीकृत एप्प, जहां पर सारे विकल्प मौजूद हों। इसके साथ ही UTS एप्प में सभी रेलवे स्टेशन ‌क सूची जोड़ दें। इससे यात्रियों को काफी‌ सुविधा होगी। टिकट‌ कटाने में सुविधा होने से अधिकाधिक संख्या में लोग टिकट कटायेंगे। #UTSOJMOBILE, #IndianRailways, #MyGov

सर इस ऐप को OTP के माध्यम से Password चेंज करने की सुविधा प्रदान करें ।
