Moving towards becoming a cashless economy, Indian Railways has introduced a mobile based App "UTSONMOBILE" which enables booking and cancellation of unreserved tickets, issue and renewal of season and platform tickets, check and load R-Wallet balance and helps maintain user profile management and booking history. Users can download this app from Google Play Store or Windows store free of cost. This application is available on both Android and Windows smart phones.
Ministry of Railways invites suggestions from the general public regarding `UTSONMOBILE' App of Indian. Your suggestions will help us to examine the existing features of this App and make requisite improvements wherever necessary.

If mobile is dead / robbed after booking tickets on UTS, one is termed as ticket less. My suggestion is to provide a platform i.e. a net pc or a kisko were we can login our credentials and prove our dignity.

sir,kindly include some features for safe journey of travellers specially for women so that if they face any problem during their journey they can dirctly contact to the CRPF or similar authority for instant help with the help of this app..,also provide feature through which travellers get informed about any unusual delay of train during its running.

Some time we are booking a ticket that time full waiting is there so that time we don't know my ticket is chancess to confirm or waiting. So I suggest that in this app if we are trying a ticket that time there only show, our tickets how many chancess is getting confirm or waiting, and where is more chancess is my ticket.

dear sir there will be a major problem regarding WATER. SIR I santosh Kumar and I am 40 years and I am worried about my next generation I am completed 45% of my life. dear sir for this i have some suggestions regarding this 1-every day start there classes of children after national anthem and save water, save water, save water 2-if any person purchasing any property then they should register 10 plants on his responsibility(what ever he is poor or rich) 3-we should give our cloth to washerman.
