Moving towards becoming a cashless economy, Indian Railways has introduced a mobile based App "UTSONMOBILE" which enables booking and cancellation of unreserved tickets, issue and renewal of season and platform tickets, check and load R-Wallet balance and helps maintain user profile management and booking history. Users can download this app from Google Play Store or Windows store free of cost. This application is available on both Android and Windows smart phones.
Ministry of Railways invites suggestions from the general public regarding `UTSONMOBILE' App of Indian. Your suggestions will help us to examine the existing features of this App and make requisite improvements wherever necessary.

My suggestion is that , 1) TO INTRODUCE TRANSFER FACILITY TO BANK ACCOUNT from RWALLET as like other ewallet system,2) I urges to introduce Superfast and mail Express existing general ticket booking system enable in all station throughout india ,3) due to some technical problem atvm may not work some time , so hence book anywhere and activate boarding station through atvm this system some inclusion introdce by activating gps signal in boarding station both system is required .

You can improce this aap by adding a future of geting refund on cencaltion of tickets in app which can use for ticet bocking in future or easly transfer to banks

Suggestion: 1) this app fetches the data of station only if its 20mt radius to station. Anyone should be able to select the station and book the tickets, irrespective of his physical presence (esp in mumbai, if someone is stuck beyond 20 mtrs in traffic jam, yet he/she cannt book tickets) 2) iOS version of the app can be added
