India can implement tax based on social contributions of the companies, rather than just based on profit. For example, a tax benefit could be given if a company hires more people than it fires. Also, tax benefit could be handed out for caring about the environment of the neighborhood; like regularly cleaning nearby dustbins or contributing to traffic control. Of course, these policies are difficult to implement for unorganized sector, where primary focus should be about organizing them.

my suggestion is there should be one window for the new start up business people. for EXample -if somebody wants to open food manufacturing they should get all licenses from one window only.it can be very great start up for new business people.Right Now there is lots of hurdles for this. the window should be monitored by CCTV so there should be no corruption and there should be a certain time frame to issue the licenses ,so people can proceed fast towards there business.and goals.

Category of a manufacturing company is decided by investment in plant and machinery. If a company has more than one manufacturing unit in difference locations, districts, states then each unit is categorized based on the investment in plant and machinery of a particular location. Hence one manufacturing company having more than one unit they are categorized as Micro, Small, Medium and Industrial Category. Hence it is confusing if that company belongs to in which category among these four.

Govt.should stop new industries in Metro cities as they are overloaded. The infrastructure is becoming inadequate to accommodate further growth. The potential Towns, villages should be focused & targeted for new developments.Crowd pulling to the metros will be controlled. The youth can handle farming & Industrial jobs smoothly if it happens nearby to their respective places. If towns, villages become self supported, self sufficient then balance maintained.cottage industry be largely supported.
