There is Rampant Corruption in Public Sector Banks. To curb this and encourage honest Employees of bank to come forward it is very necessary that board of directors must be entirely independent of Bank and its related institutions like RBI so they cannot be influenced. Secondly set up a 2-member independent body like Retired High Court Judges in each Public Sector Bank to hear Grievances of employees so that they cannot be blackmailed by the Bank Management.
