this is responsibility of add agency as well . if somebody come with this types of add they should ask for authenticity of add and inform to police or higher authority if not fulfill the requirement. their should be limitation for self add , food , weight related add.

इसके अलावा जिस विज्ञापनदाता के खिलाफ एक बार शिकायत मिल जाए उसके विज्ञापन दोबारा प्रसारित या प्रकाशित न किये जाएँ।

सभी समाचार पत्रों, पत्रिकाओं व चेनलों के मालिको के लिए ये अधिनियम बना दिया जाए कि वे जिस भी उत्पाद या service का विज्ञापन अपने यहाँ से प्रसारित या प्रचारित कर रहे हैं, उसके विज्ञापनदाता की पूरी जानकारी व उत्पाद या service से सम्बंधित दस्तावेज अपने पास रखे ताकि धोखाधड़ी की सूरत में धोखा खाने वाला उस माध्यम के पास जाकर सारी जानकारी ले ले व शिकायत कर सके। पोलिस भी उनके माध्यम से आअसानि से कार्रवाई कर सके। इसके अलावा प्रसारक या प्रकाशक को ये भी निर्देश दिए जाएँ की एक बार शिकायत मिलने के बाद सम्बंध सा

Though the citizens have always to use their own mind while selecting the products from the market, but I feel that it is not the citizens but the govt. agencies who have the moral responsibility and social obligation to stop such misleading advertisements and act strictly against those found culprits in this regard or violates the guidelines set.

The government needs to introduce an amendment to section 420 of the IPC including misleading advertisements as an offense. All such cases need to be dealt with seriousness of a cognizable offense.

ministry of consumer affairs should start a website, in which all citizens can load their experience, with evidences, in all such cases of misleading advertisements where they are not getting any desired results. this will become a national data base for citizen experiences on commercial advertisements, which can be used by all policy making and concerned authorities.

अगर कोई व्यक्ति भ्रामक विज्ञापन के खिलाफ शिकायत करना चाहता है तो उसे तुरंत टोल फ्री नम्बर द्वारा शिकायत दर्ज कराने की सुविधा प्रदान की जानी चाहिए, साथ ही उसकी शिकायत पर की गई कार्यवाही से उसे 48 घंटे में अवगत भ्ाी कराया जाए, साथ ही बेवसाईट तथा सोशल मीडिया में नागरिक भ्रामक विज्ञापनों पर अपने विचार साझा कर सकें इसकी सुविधा प्रदान कर लोगों को सावधान करते हुए जागरूक किया जा सकता है.
